Red oil differential pressure gauge installation method
1. Install the differential pressure gauge on the surface or vertical plane with ruthenium through the two mounting holes.
2. Adjust the horizontal position again, so that the blisters in the horizontal waste are in the center position.
3. Then loosen the zero button 3~4 turns (can be marked and read the circle)
4. Start to inject red oil into the differential pressure gauge, unscrew the plug of the liquid injection hole, and inject the red oil bottle from the liquid injection hole until the red oil is close to the 0 mark, and screw it tightly.
5. The red oil differential pressure gauge is adjusted to zero. After the red oil is stable, turn the zero adjustment button under normal pressure to make the zero point align with the red oil level.
6. Finally, use the red oil differential pressure gauge hose to connect the “High” and “Low” of the high pressure, low pressure and differential pressure gauges respectively, so that the differential pressure gauge is installed.
